Required Qualification
- All those candidates who are retired or Public Sector Undertaking bank retired officer in which the rank of the candidates should be Chief Manager then they may be appointed for the job.
- All the retired clerks or which is equal to JAIIB cleared with good marks for Bank Of Baroda 2021 - Business Correspondent - Supervisor Job.
- All the retired employees from the bank, then they must obtain a rural banking experience for a minimum of 3 YRS.

- There should be monitor and the control activity of the business correspondent with the coordination with the link branch. Note for business correspondents they should be active in every work.
- The business correspondent is operational during the work with the bank. The transaction at the point of business correspondent should take place as per pescribed guidelines.
- All the business correspondent are hereby informed that they should not do any kind of offline transactions at the BC points and they must ensure that the cross selling of our bank and the third party products too.
- They have to ensure that the engaged dues should be recoverd also.
- All the BCs also ensure that the issue in the system slips must be given to our customers, and BCs should use any stationery of the bank.
- All the BC supervisor must have to take the feedback from the local customers in regards of visit and the feedback report from the working the BC agent.
- For the identification of BCs undiscoverd rural areas then in that case they will be allotted by the DFS.

- The lower age limit and the upper age limit is 21 - 45 YRS by the time of the appointment.
- The maximum age limit is 65 YRS by the time of the appointment.
