Required Qualification

The required qualification are as follow - graduation with some computer knowledge, qualification like M.Sc{IT}/ BE{IT}/ MCA/ MBA.

All the BCs must be clear that only system-generated slips will be given to the customers.
BCs should not use Any Stationery of the Bank.
All the BC supervisors must get feedback from the local customers in regard of the functioning of the BC agents during the time of the visit and should submit that feedback to RO{Regional Office}.
For the identification of BCs for the uncovered villages allotted by the DFS.
The coordination and interaction with the linked branch, the RO, and the corporate BCs must submit their suggestion for improvement.
Arrangement for the locational training on the update of Technical, operational guidelines, and others for BCs.
All the BCs supervisors must monitor the performance of each BC with the help of Dashboard.
The respective supervisors will be responsible for the fixation of the targets and the progress. All the supervisors are hereby informed that they will be evaluated on the basis of their performance and the achievements in various targets of BC agents.
The region should be allocated villages-wise in a month targets for the business development under financial inclusion to linked branches. The supervisors should monitor the business development in the villages.
For the case of NON-achievement of the targets of the financial inclusion in case of more than 50% of the BC under particular supervisors for consecutive 2 months or any 2 quarters, the performance will be reviewed for continuation for the service by the Regional Head.
The candidate can discontinew with the prior approval of the Zonal Head, BC wise target has been allotted to all corposte BCs by the FI department HO.
The performace quarterly and verification of the cash with BCs and must submit the report to the link branches.
